The Role

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will ensure our commercial and marketing teams have effective processes, systems, and reporting. Your understanding of current processes and company goals will help identify friction points and implement solutions to drive revenue. You will maintain data integrity through reports, dashboards, and scorecards, and work closely with leaders to develop performance metrics and KPIs. This proactive, analytical role is vital for operational excellence.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to oversee process execution, eliminate bottlenecks, and lead projects for operational excellence.
  • Understand the sales customer journey to implement growth-enabling processes.
  • Optimize handoffs between teams to improve the customer journey, from marketing to sales to customer success.
  • Manage the tech stack and integrations (e.g., Sales Navigator, SalesLoft) and ensure tools are scalable, integrated, and reportable.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Analyze and improve sales processes, reduce redundancy, and increase automation.
  • Support Salesforce and other systems, resolving support requests and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Build and oversee enhancement projects and manage a small Sales Ops team.
  • Partner with DevOps for system enhancements and with FP&A for sales quotas and compensation planning.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or related fields.
  • Thorough knowledge of B2B sales and marketing systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.).
  • Experience removing barriers to commercial growth and building reports/dashboards.
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous work style.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
