As a Territory Manager for our Therma-Tru brand, you will grow top-line sales within the Manitoba, Atlantic Maritimes, and Ontario territories. Your responsibilities include cultivating relationships with key and prospective distributor accounts to drive sales growth. You will act as the primary contact, establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel across customers’ organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and knowledge of doors and building materials, be highly autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 4-6 nights a month. A background in maintaining relationships through high-touch communication and knowledge sharing is essential.
This remote position is based in Toronto, ON. The salary range is from $81K to $110K, with a bonus opportunity based on territory performance.
