The Senior Analyst, Intermodal Systems and Processes is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making by creating actionable metrics and developing insights via data mining and analytics. The role provides expertise that identifies and defines opportunities to improve Intermodal (IM) Operations' practices and efficiencies, forecast the need for Intermodal equipment, and assist Intermodal’s product enhancement initiatives.
Process Analysis, and Evaluation – 50%

The role is performed in a combination of office and outdoor environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and stress. The role requires minimal travel (15%) to various terminals in Canada and the United States (U.S.).
