Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking candidates passionate about sales, health, and well-being. We are a national franchise with over 400 locations, specializing in massage, facial, and hair removal services.

We are looking for a local candidate seeking a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with growth opportunities. Our Spa Associates ensure exceptional customer experiences. Prior sales or membership-driven environment experience is ideal but not required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership-driven environment
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Be a team player
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
• Ability to multitask
