Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Toronto seeks a Site Coordinator to lead the integration of design and field operations for complex SOE projects. You will bridge design intent and site execution on large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities include field engineering, quality control, planning, safety, and cost tracking, with heavy civil exposure and potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• EIT considered with strong field record.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of design and field execution for SOE projects.
• Perform field quality control tests, inspections and record-keeping.
• Prepare schedules, track material usage and progress.
• Coordinate with design teams, surveyors and subcontractors to resolve field clashes.
• Lead safety initiatives, JHAs and incident investigations.
