Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to deliver heavy civil construction projects in Ontario. You will lead planning, execution, and closeout, juggling multiple sites while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to design specs.

You will monitor performance metrics, manage subcontracts, and mentor teams. Strong communication with owners, consultants, and subcontractors is essential to protect margins and drive safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation is asset.
• 8–10 years in construction, with heavy civil, road and bridge experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil construction projects.
• Manage multiple sites, coordinating resources, schedules and teams.
• Monitor cost, schedule, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and quality.
• Negotiate subcontracts, POs, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams; interface with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to protect margins; ensure proper closeout.
