Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead shoring and heavy civil construction projects, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery and high safety standards.

You will oversee on‑site crews, coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients, and be the primary on‑site representative for GIP. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, planning logistics, ordering materials, developing schedules, supervising teams, enforcing PPE, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shoring or heavy civil construction supervision.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Plan and organize jobsite logistics and workflow.
