Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site civil construction efforts across Ontario, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, safety, and quality. You will oversee planning, execution, and closeout while coordinating teams and resources to maximize performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, with an emphasis on driving revenue and project value through effective subcontracting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation is considered an asset.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with heavy civil, road, and bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and design compliance.
• Manage multiple project sites, coordinating resources, schedules, and teams for optimal performance.
• Monitor project performance metrics including cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts, major purchase orders, and progress payments; oversee subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safe working conditions and policy compliance.
• Interface with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Identify and manage risks to protect margins and enhance value.
