Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader for Champlain Mall in Canada. You will guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for better performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting store management.

In this role you will promote our ethical standards, train staff, and help drive daily sales through demonstrations, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Your leadership will contribute to a positive, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales roles.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
