About the Opportunity

A well-established organization operating in a fast-paced distribution environment is looking for a highly organized Dispatcher / Order Coordinator to support daily logistics operations. Youll be at the centre of the action, coordinating orders, assigning drivers and helping ensure deliveries move accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Youll assign drivers to orders and coordinate daily dispatch activities
• Youll prioritize orders and adjust assignments as operational needs change
• Youll maintain accurate order, dispatch and driver information
• Youll communicate with drivers, warehouse staff and internal teams to keep deliveries moving
• Youll troubleshoot scheduling, dispatch and order-related issues as they arise
• Youll support shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate
• Youll use internal systems, including SAP where applicable, to support order and logistics activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, distribution, order coordination or a related operations role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Distribution centre, 3PL, CPG, food, beverage, grocery or manufacturing experience is a strong asset
• Strong organizational, prioritization and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear and confident written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while working independently and collaboratively
• SAP experience is an asset, SAP S/4HANA experience is not required

Work Environment & PPE

This role is 100% on-site in a distribution centre. Full PPE is required in designated areas, including a safety vest, safety glasses and steel-toe footwear. Eligible PPE expenses are reimbursed up to $100 every 12 months.
