Canada Cartage in Brampton is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide operational leadership to customers, dispatch, and drivers at the terminal. You will support contract start-up, maintain strong customer and driver relations, and help implement the company’s business plan while keeping costs in check.
The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse/transportation experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing operational leadership to customers, dispatch, and drivers in the terminal, reporting into the Operations Manager. This position will assist with contract start-up, maintaining effective customer and driver relations. You will also support the ongoing development and implementation of the Company's business plan, while maintaining cost efficient operations.
