Job summary

Tim Hortons in Orono, Ontario is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support guest satisfaction and daily operations on shift. You will work with restaurant management to provide direction and training, ensuring the team delivers service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members.
• Act as Cash Manager, including setup and cash verification at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close.
• Train and communicate with team members to maximize retention.
• Supervise and delegate operational tasks in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure quality, production and service standards meet expectations.
• Maintain proper staff coverage via schedules to meet customer service standards.
• Follow up on guest-related issues and resolve them as needed.
