Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team in a fast-paced quick-service environment. You will support the Restaurant Manager, coach staff, and ensure guests receive outstanding service with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, plus a willingness to relocate if needed. This position emphasizes training, policy compliance, and cost control to maintain high standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Guest service oriented with focus on exceptional guest experience.
• Willingness to relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager in leading the team and ensure adequate coverage.
• Enforce restaurant policies on shift and provide constructive feedback.
• Comply with Tim Hortons standards including food safety.
• Complete shift documentation and maintain sanitation.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist in controlling costs by portion control and reducing waste.
• Resolve operational and service issues with training and coaching.
• Evaluate team members for training needs and opportunities.
• Ensure training and best practices are implemented consistently.
