Job summary

ONroute Cambridge North is hiring a Full-Time Shift Supervisor for the Tim Hortons location. The role involves supporting management, monitoring staff activity, ensuring safety and brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced plaza.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing cash handling, handling customer concerns, training new staff, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Prior experience in food service or retail is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan and observe the day-to-day activities of employees, coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of area activities and significant issues
• Create and provide a safe and positive work environment free of harassment and violence
• Model company brand standards and adhere to all policies and SOPs in a professional manner
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies
• Follow all company cash handling policies and maintain proper security of cash, and void transactions as needed
• Resolve customer complaints in a manner consistent with policy and customer satisfaction
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation and comply with all H&S standards
• Place and receive product along with performing monthly inventory
• Deliver training in different brands for new employees
• Respond to guest injuries and property damage, complete reports and record promptly to HUB/IFM
