Starbucks in Calgary is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager, lead the shift team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, prompt service, and quality beverages in a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, train partners, provide feedback, and ensure smooth store operations during busy shifts with attention to cash handling and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
