Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Calgary to assist the store manager with daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality beverages and a clean store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, provide coaching, and help create a Third Place environment that makes customers feel welcome during every visit.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
