Starbucks Calgary store is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the team in delivering the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service.

You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and model Starbucks guiding principles while upholding cash handling and safety policies.

Formación

• Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment

Responsabilidades

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operations to standard.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting the customer first and engaging with customers.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures to ensure a secure shift.
• Provides coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
