Job summary

Starbucks Vancouver is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in running daily operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the shift team in delivering the Starbucks Experience with great service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store.

You will delegate tasks, coach partners, monitor store standards, and ensure cash handling and safety policies are followed while maintaining attendance and a positive team environment.

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
