• Coaches and develops partners on shift to ensure operational excellence.
• Delivers legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Responds to customer needs and builds positive relationships with the shift team.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and organizes opening/closing duties.
• Follows cash handling, safety and security policies to ensure partner safety.
• Monitors cash management and cash register procedures during shifts.
• Ensures delivery of legendary service by coordinating with baristas on shift.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Sells beverages, whole bean and food products adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Recognizes and reinforces accomplishments using organizational tools and collaboration with the manager.
