Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort handling cash and operating POS systems.

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during shifts.
• Lead and deploy partners, delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience.
