Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains calm demeanor during peak times to keep store operations standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and responds to cues.
• Communicates information to manager to create the Third Place environment.
• Provides coaching and feedback to partners during shifts.

• Organizes opening and closing duties and ensures safety and cash handling policies.
