Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the shift team, delegate tasks, and ensure delivery of legendary customer service with prompt service and high-quality beverages and foods.

You will maintain a clean store environment, model Starbucks guiding principles, and provide coaching to partners to uphold safety and operational standards while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.

• Effective oral communication skills.

• French language fluency in reading, writing, and verbal is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures to ensure partner safety.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality during shifts.
