Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee crew activities during each shift, ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to food safety and store policies. The role combines leadership with hands-on operations to maximize guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crew during shifts.
• Knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Food safety training certification (Advanced.fst or ServeSafe) an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure customer priority and friendly service.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly.
• Balance staff coverage and direct employees during the shift.
• Ensure store policies, safety and cleanliness are followed.
• Maintain merchandising, cash procedures, and shift documentation.
• Support store owner/manager with performance feedback.
