Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding high standards of service and cleanliness across shifts.

As a supervisor, you will support the Manager in daily operations, assign tasks, and foster a respectful, fun work environment. You will maintain teamwork and strong communication on shift to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow standards and guidelines for food safety and service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage the floor by properly positioning team members and delegating during busy times.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products and operating equipment.
• React immediately to issues requiring attention during your shift.
