• Communicate store needs to management to support the Third Place experience.
• Assist with partner training and provide coaching as needed.
• Provide feedback on partner performance to the store manager.
• Foster a positive team environment through recognition and timely guidance.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and safe store operations during shifts.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and uphold health and safety guidelines.
