Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and coach teammates as needed.
• Ability to manage shift operations and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume to keep store operations on standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and responds to create the Third Place environment.
• Communicates information to manager to enable the team to respond appropriately.
• Assists with partner training and provides constructive coaching.
• Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance.
• Creates a positive learning environment and coaches partners on shift.
• Delivers Legendary Customer Service with a customer-first attitude.
• Develops relationships with shift team and addresses motivation and concerns.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and coordinates opening/closing duties.
• Follows cash handling, safety, and security policies.
