Tim Hortons in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a motivated Shift Leader to join their team at 1384 Main Street. As a Shift Leader, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members and believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Lead a team to drive speed of service and overall guest satisfaction
• Be responsible for Restaurant evaluations
• Support the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant

Requirements:
