Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a full-time, permanent shift supervisor to lead a diverse team across dine-in, drive-thru, takeout, and delivery service. You will drive guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth operations during shifts.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to guide subordinates on food safety and company policies. Strong teamwork and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervising experience preferred (1 year).
• Tim Hortons experience preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver great dine-in, drive-thru, takeout, and delivery guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies.
• Handle guest complaints with urgency and ownership.
• Achieve shift objectives and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with team to create a great team environment.
