We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold everything together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you enjoy making people's mornings brighter, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (must be obtained before leadership training completion)
• Valid driver's license preferred, or at least at specific locations, with driving qualifications

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $11.67 - $18.67 per hour

Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage laws.

Ranges reflect employer expectations and are not guarantees.

Physical Demands:
