• Guide and supervise alongside the team, not just oversee
• Handle complaints or issues that arise
• Maintain speed of service expectations
• Enforce food safety and cleanliness rules and follow all policies and procedures for health and safety compliance
• Count cash and manage tills
• Assist in scheduling and staffing
