You will model Starbucks guiding principles and contribute to a workplace widely regarded as a great place to work. As a team lead, you will organize opening and closing duties, manage cash processes, and ensure safety standards

• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operations on standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and cues.
• Communicates information to the manager so the team can respond to create the Third Place environment.
• Assists with partner training by coaching and providing feedback.
• Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shift.
• Recognizes changes in partner morale and communicates them to the store manager.
• Gives clear, timely coaching to partners to ensure operational excellence.
