Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder/Shift Lead for cannabis retail. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, guide product education, and support daily store operations including merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing payments, restocking, handling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations and ID verification throughout shifts.

Qualificações

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.
