Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join our cannabis retail team in Nisku. You’ll lead by example, assist customers with product knowledge, and support daily store operations during shifts.

In this full-time role, you’ll manage the POS, receive deliveries, restock, ensure age and ID verification, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant store environment. Cannabis certification and customer-service experience are required.

Qualificações

• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Create welcoming customer experiences with product recommendations.
• Operate the POS and handle payments.
• Restock shelves and assist with deliveries and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and ID checks.
