Job summary

Work Authority in Delta, BC is seeking a Shift Lead for a temporary six-month contract. You will supervise store operations during shifts, motivate staff, ensure great customer experiences, and help achieve sales targets.

Role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with POS and MS Office, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

The Shift Lead will motivate and guide the store team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store visual merchandizing standards.
