Responsibilities

• Delivering a centralized service catalogue.
• Automating request fulfilment to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Improve the end-user experience by making services accessible, intuitive, and fast.
• Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization.
• Catalogue Item Development: Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services).
• Workflow and Automation: Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment; setting up approvals and notifications.
• Integration: Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory).
• Administration: Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions; maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rules.
• Maintenance and Support: Troubleshooting catalogue issues; updating items as business needs evolve.
