Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst in Canada to drive AI-enabled service improvements and automation across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable designs, configure workflows, and enhance Employee Center and Service Portal experiences.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow admin experience, ITSM knowledge, and experience with AI-enabled self-service, Flow Designer, and IntegrationsHub.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Experience with Virtual Agent or AI-enabled self-service capabilities.
• Experience applying generative/conversational AI in IT service environments.
• Experience Flow Designer and automation, identifying opportunities to simplify processes.
• Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Experience with Employee Center/Service Portal customization and web tech fundamentals.
• Experience configuring forms, fields, tables, and related platform features.
• Strong requirements gathering, testing, and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog items, requests workflows, forms, and approvals.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal, including widgets and UX improvements.
• Coordinate cross-platform integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Translate business needs into process flows, user stories, and functional specs.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Support releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
• Document processes and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.
