Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd. seeks a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our client in Quebec on a contract basis. You will configure and deploy FSO solutions, focusing on customer servicing, onboarding and dispute handling within the banking sector.

You will design banking service journeys, maintain data models and build automated workflows using Flow Designer and App Engine. The role requires CSA and ideally CIS-CSM credentials, plus strong governance and audit awareness.

Qualifications

CSA Certified ServiceNow Administrator required.
CIS-CSM certification or in progress preferred.
Strong banking operations knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

Configure and deploy ServiceNow FSO solutions including customer servicing and onboarding.
Design and optimize banking service journeys using Process Automation Designer and workflows.
Maintain FSO data models: customer, product and account objects.
Build automated workflows with Flow Designer and App Engine.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, audit requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with core banking systems and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with analysts, architects and stakeholders to translate needs.
Support testing, deployment and platform enhancements for continuous improvement.
