• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EA.
• Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules based on business needs.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation.
• Create and maintain documentation on application configurations.
