Qualifications
- Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification or training.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EA.
- Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules based on business needs.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation.
- Create and maintain documentation on application configurations.
- Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features.
Skills
Experience with ServiceNow modules
