A leading IT solutions provider in Calgary is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design and implement robust ITOM solutions. The successful candidate will manage the health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and supervise ITOM deployments, ensuring data integrity within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, expertise in ITOM modules, and relevant certifications. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years with ITOM modules.
• Proven experience managing CMDB health.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.
