Job summary

MGM Studios Canada Inc. - O26 is seeking a Solution Architect for ServiceNow with expert-level ownership of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps. You will guide architecture, governance, integration strategy and upgrade planning for enterprise platforms.

The role requires 10–15 years of IT experience with deep ServiceNow expertise, strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on scripting, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. On-site role in Canada with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years IT experience with expert ServiceNow architecture, implementation and management.
• Strong architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps modules with integrated workflows.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server and REST/SOAP.
• Experience defining CSDM-aligned CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping and governance processes.
• Experience with ITSM process design including incident, change, catalog, knowledge, SLA and reporting.
• Experience with SecOps security incident/ vulnerability workflows and tooling integrations.
• Experience with ITOM capabilities like Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management/AIOps.
• Architecture governance, design reviews, release planning and upgrade assessment.
• Agile development, DevOps toolchain integration and source control familiarity.
• Experience in regulated enterprises or managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps and related platform capabilities.
• Assess requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow designs.
• Define architecture principles, data model, integration patterns and upgrade roadmap.
• Lead ITSM design including incident, problem, change, request, catalog, SLA and reporting.
• Lead ITOM design for Discovery, Service Mapping, event integrations and CMDB population.
• Define CMDB governance, CI classes, relationships and reconciliation rules.
• Provide SecOps guidance for incident response, vulnerability workflows and remediation.
• Design integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub and reporting platforms.
• Guide developers on configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, ATF and platform engineering.
• Provide architectural reviews for enhancements, releases and platform changes.
• Support platform roadmap, governance forums, demand prioritization and debt remediation.
