Job summary

Bell is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Integrator to design, develop, integrate, and evolve ServiceNow solutions supporting digital transformation, AI, and IT operations modernization. You will contribute to Now Assist and AI-powered automation initiatives, while ensuring governance and performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing or implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with Now Assist, ServiceNow AI capabilities, and/or ITOM is a strong asset.
• Experience designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), preferably within an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for development, configuration, integration, and platform governance.
• Ability to perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions per requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and web services.
• Participate in implementing AI capabilities, including Now Assist features and AI automation.
• Support ITOM solutions like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Analyze requirements and propose robust, scalable solutions addressing functional and non-functional needs.
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners and delivery teams on implementation plans.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and promotions across environments.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices for development, integration, and governance.
• Produce technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process modernization.
• Provide mentorship to team members as required.
