Job summary

Bell is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Integrator to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation, AI capabilities, and IT operations modernization.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to implement Now Assist features, ITOM components, and robust integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

This hybrid Quebec-based role requires strong JavaScript, platform governance knowledge, and fluent French in Quebec.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing or implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration, including JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Now Assist and ServiceNow AI capabilities and/or ITOM is a strong asset.
• Experience designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of the SDLC, preferably Agile.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of best practices for development, configuration, integration, and governance.
• Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform per requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and integration tools.
• Implement and evolve AI capabilities, including Now Assist features.
• Support ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Analyze requirements and recommend robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to plan implementations.
• Support deployment, release management, and governance activities.
• Produce technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
