Job summary

Sporting Life is seeking a Service Shop Technician in Toronto to support our stores with bicycle, ski and snowboard servicing and expert advice. You will assemble/disassemble bicycles, perform equipment servicing, and deliver a fantastic customer experience while ensuring all paperwork is complete before releasing gear.

You bring a passion for the outdoors, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail; prior service shop or retail experience is an asset.

Service Shop Technician

As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's equipment, including skis, snowboards, bicycles and racquet stringing.

Your Responsibilities

• Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles
• Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing
• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.
