Sport Chek is seeking a Service Shop Technician to interact with customers, assess needs, and setup, repair, and maintain sporting equipment. You’ll help athletes get back to living “The Power of Sport” while following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities include mounting and tuning skis/snowboards, assembling gear, maintaining equipment, and delivering an outstanding customer experience to drive team performance.

As a Service Shop Technician, you’re as good with people as you are with your hands. After all, it’s your job to interact with customers, assess their needs, and then setup, repair, and maintain their sporting equipment. In helping athletes get back to living “The Power of Sport”, all safety measures will be taken to ensure their equipment is serviced to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Our typical hiring range is between $17.35 and $26.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
