Job summary

Sporting Life is seeking a Service Shop Technician in Toronto to support our stores with bicycle, ski and snowboard servicing and expert advice. You will assemble/disassemble bicycles, perform equipment servicing, and deliver a fantastic customer experience while ensuring all paperwork is complete before releasing gear.

You bring a passion for the outdoors, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail; prior service shop or retail experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Previous Service Shop experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Positive work attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles.
• Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing.
• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.
