Job summary

Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a Service Technician at our Red Deer location to diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy‑duty trucks. You will prepare jobs, gather tools and parts, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role includes mentoring apprentices and ensuring clean, organized work areas while maintaining accurate service documentation. Ideal candidates have a Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Journeyman license, a CVI license, Cummins diagnostics experience, and at least 5

Qualifications

• Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman qualification.
• CVI License.
• Experience with Cummins engine diagnostics.
• 5 years’ experience working in the truck and transport industry.
• Willingness to engage in dealer training at our Red Deer location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following procedures and safety standards.
• Restore vehicles to proper working condition and keep work area organized.
• Document findings and communicate additional issues discovered.
• Close out repair orders accurately and support transitions to the next job.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices by sharing skills and guiding their development.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
