Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Diesel Engine) to support fleet engine maintenance and repairs. You will prepare service jobs, perform inspections and diagnostics, and restore vehicles while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman qualification.
• Cummins engine certification and experience with Cummins engine diagnostics.
• 5 years’ experience working in the truck and transport industry.
• A desire to challenge yourself, and a willingness to embrace the extensive dealer training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to diesel engines following established procedures and safety standards.
• Restore vehicles to proper working condition and ensure your work area is clean and organized.
• Document all findings and completed work and communicate any additional issues discovered.
• Close out repair orders accurately and support smooth transitions to the next job.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices by sharing skills, offering guidance, and supporting their development.
• Promote a safe work environment by encouraging proper practices and helping maintain tools and equipment.

Education

Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman

5 years’ experience in truck & transport

Key Responsibilities

The Service Technician (Diesel Engine) is responsible for supporting our customers with their fleet engine maintenance and repairs including the following:
