Job summary

Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to join the Service Department. You will review repair orders, gather tools and parts, perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following safety standards.

You will document findings, close out repair orders, and mentor apprentices to support their development. Required qualifications include a Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Journeyman, a CVI License, and Cummins engine diagnostics experience, with at least 5

• Red Seal Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Journeyman qualification.
• CVI License.
• Cummins engine diagnostics experience.
• 5 years’ experience in the truck and transport industry.
• Willingness to participate in dealer training at the Red Deer location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each service job by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools, information, and parts.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following established procedures and safety standards.
• Restore vehicles to proper working condition and ensure your work area is clean and organized.
• Document all findings and completed work and communicate any additional issues discovered.
• Close out repair orders accurately and support smooth transitions to the next job.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices by sharing skills, offering guidance, and supporting their development.
• Promote a safe work environment by encouraging proper practices and helping maintain tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
