Job summary

Western Tractor Company Inc. in Lethbridge (Alberta) is seeking a Service Operations Administrator to coordinate service appointments, manage work orders, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will support payroll, maintain departmental records, and collaborate with Parts and Sales to deliver a fast, professional customer experience in a dealership environment. Experience in a service adviser or customer service role and knowledge of agriculture

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1-3 years in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in a dealership.
• Knowledge of agriculture equipment is an asset.
• Strongcomputer skills including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage service inquiries to ensure a professional experience.
• Open, manage, and close work orders with accurate documentation.
• Contact customers when equipment is ready for pickup or hauling.
• Bill out service work and process payments according to procedures.
• Prepare and submit payroll information for timely processing.
• Maintain departmental records and supplies, including fuel logs and warranty claims.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to ensure smooth service workflows.
