Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or service coordination.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in agriculture or heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service inquiries from customers and internal staff via multiple channels.
• Open and manage work orders with complete documentation.
• Schedule service jobs by aligning technician availability with urgency and requirements.
• Coordinate parts orders to ensure timely job completion.
• Prepare quotes for service work including labor and parts costs.
• Review and finalize service invoices with accuracy.
• Promote service packages and maintenance plans to customers.
• Support warranty administration and assist with claims processing.
